Bank Account Information (via Plaid):

If you choose to connect your bank account through our services, we may collect certain financial account information through a third-party service provider, Plaid Inc. (“Plaid”). Plaid allows us to securely access and retrieve information from your financial institution, such as account and routing numbers, account balances, transaction history, and other related information that you authorize.

By using this feature, you grant City View Funding the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from your financial institution. Your personal and financial information may be transferred to, stored by, and processed by Plaid in accordance with Plaid’s privacy practices.

III. SMS Text Messaging Consent and Communications
