1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing or using the website, services, or submitting any inquiry or application to City View Funding (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at www.cityviewfunding.com, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).    City View Funding is a business funding company that connects small and medium-sized business owners with working capital solutions, including but not limited to:
   •Merchant Cash Advances (MCA)
   •Business loans and lines of credit
   •Revenue-based financing
   •Other alternative and short-term funding products

We act as a funding advisor and may work with third-party lenders and funding partners to facilitate funding offers. City View Funding does not guarantee approval or funding for any applicant.

3. Eligibility
   To use our services, you must:
   •Be at least 18 years of age
   •Be a legal owner, officer, or authorized representative of a business entity
   •Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all applications and inquiries
   •Not be prohibited by law from entering into financial agreements
4. Children’s Privacy
   Our website is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our website, please contact us immediately and we will promptly remove it.
5. SMS and Text Message Communications
   City View Funding may communicate with you via SMS text messages in two categories:

•Transactional Messages: By submitting your phone number, you agree to receive account alerts, application status updates, document requests, and other non-promotional communications from City View Funding at the number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.

•Marketing Messages: By providing express written consent on our opt-in form, you agree to receive marketing and promotional messages from City View Funding regarding funding offers, products, and services. This consent is optional and is not required to submit an application or receive services.

•Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support of service delivery (such as customer service) is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

9. No Guarantee of Funding
   City View Funding does not guarantee that any application will result in an offer of funding, approval, or disbursement of funds. All funding decisions are made at the sole discretion of the applicable lender or funding provider. City View Funding is not responsible for any decisions made by third-party lenders or partners.
10. Account Security
    You agree to keep confidential all passwords, user IDs, and other account credentials and are solely responsible for any liability or damages resulting from your failure to maintain that confidentiality. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your City View Funding account. You agree to:
    •Immediately notify City View Funding if you suspect any breach of security, loss, theft, or unauthorized access to your account
    •Ensure you exit your account at the end of each session
    •Periodically update your password
11. Prohibited Use
    As a condition of your use of our services, you agree not to use them for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not:
    •Use the services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our website
    •Interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of our services
